Painter 8, like Painter 6, is so cool. Also like painter 6, it is clearly beyond my ability to fully exploit. It has lots of UI improvements over painter 6, though. I still have a weakness for impasto brushes. Painter 8 has a lot more brushes than Painter 6 does. It's fun to play with, which is pretty much all I look for in a game.
