WordPress

Dreamhost recently started offering quick, automated set-up for WordPress. I decided to try it out. I used their “web panel” to set up a subdomain and then to install WordPress on it. Everything went very smoothly. WordPress is more polished than Moveable Type was in 2002. I haven't used the current version of MT. The UI for WordPress is featureful and straightforward.

I’m impressed it all went this smoothly.
